Bosnia and Herzegovina are about to host their first G1 tournament on the 31st of January 2015. After several years of successful competition organization on the International level, time has come for Bosnia and Herzegovina to have their own G1 Tournament.
In 2015, the Turkish Taekwondo Federation will play host to a number of events, none more interesting than the first edition of the European Kids Taekwondo Championship, set to take place between the 7th and 8th of February in Antalya.
We are most pleased with a competition of this level being brought to the young level of competitors which make-up the kids categories and we are sure that competing at this level will only strengthen the bond that our young participants feel towards both the sport of Taekwondo and it’s spiritual values.
The first G1 Tournament to feature electronic head gear has been held in Greece, between the 16th and 18th of January. The Organizing Commitee of the Hellenic Taekwondo Federation lead by Mr. Christos Manolis put their best foot forward towards ensuring that every possible effort is made for a successful tournament of the highest technical level.
Also we salute the decision being taken to allow juniors and cadets to participate in this event with the participation fee reduced to 50 euros in lue of the current financial crysis, to ensure that more competitors have a chance to be present at this great event, in hopes of motivating their dreams of becoming elite competitors.
